The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2+ years in consumer credit analysis or underwriting, and strong analytical and communication skills. This in-person role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Accounting, Finance or Management.
• 2+ years of experience in consumer credit analysis or underwriting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review loan submissions from Loan Officers and Processors.
• Ensure loans meet program requirements and guidelines.
• Calculate income, assets and other documentation to ensure compliance.
• Underwrite home and manufactured housing loans as needed.
• Collaborate with loan officers to maintain smooth processing.
