Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings.

You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with BCBAs and families to ensure consistency and generalization of skills. A valid RBT credential and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
