Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is hiring a dedicated RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy and implement intervention plans under a BCBA. You’ll collect data, collaborate with families, and maintain a supportive, safe session environment for children.

Ideal candidates have RBT certification or eligibility, along with a HS diploma and passion for helping children with autism. Local travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification)
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience: Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
