Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a devoted RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD across home, school, and clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans and collect progress data.

Applicants should have an active RBT certification (or be eligible) and a high school diploma, with a preference for those with relevant experience and strong communication skills. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Record accurate, real-time client progress in clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
