Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an energetic RBT to provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under supervision, collect real-time progress data, and work closely with BCBA clinicians and families to ensure generalization of skills.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification (or eligibility) and a HS diploma or equivalent; a BA in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain
• HS diploma or equivalent required; BA in related field is a plus
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
