Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings under supervision. You will implement individualized plans and collect progress data using clinical software.

You will collaborate with supervising BCBAs and families, ensuring consistency and generalization of skills while maintaining a safe, engaging environment for the child during sessions. This role supports professional growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; degree in psychology/education a plus.
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data in real-time using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment for the child during sessions.
