Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated RBT to deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing evidence-based interventions.

Active RBT certification is required. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential, as is strong communication.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate progress data using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
