Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement behavior intervention plans and collect real-time progress data under supervision.

The role requires an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma (a bachelor’s in psychology or related field is a plus), and reliable transportation. Strong communication and genuine care for children are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
