Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring experienced RBTs to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect real-time progress data using our clinical software.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligible to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology or related field a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans.
• Collect accurate, real-time data using clinical software.
• Collaborate with BCBA, families, and caregivers for consistency.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
