Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA and collect real-time data on progress.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, caregivers, and BCBAs, maintaining a safe, engaging environment, and ongoing professional development through orientation, training, and access to ABA resources.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in related field is a plus.
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers for consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment.
