DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver a high-quality customer experience by matching needs with the right vehicle, inventory, and financing options. You will support dealership operations, complete required tasks, and help ensure consistent service standards across the team.

The role involves multi-phase growth opportunities, training involvement, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Associates or bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record for the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle selection and financing options.
• Drive sales by converting appointments into completed sales.
• Open/close the store, cash handling, inventory management, and related administrative tasks.
• Maintain expert knowledge of inventory, financing options, and sales processes.
• Support onboarding and training of new Sales & Operations Advisors.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience at the dealership.
