Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver a world-class customer experience in a fast-paced dealership setting. You will guide customers from interest to purchase, manage inventory, and support daily store operations.

Responsibilities include completing sales calls, scheduling appointments, handling cash, and ensuring compliance with dealership processes. Growth through a multi-phase learn-and-earn path is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and retail operations, with proven success in driving sales performance, managing operational processes, and delivering high‑quality customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers interested in purchasing a vehicle and guide them through the DriveTime process.
• Manage the full sales cycle by completing sales calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Open/close the store, handle cash, perform sales and administrative tasks, and manage inventory and compliance.
