Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands seeks a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver a world-class car-buying experience. You will guide customers through vehicle selection, financing options, and a seamless purchase or next steps, while supporting daily dealership operations.

You’ll open/close the store, manage inventory and registrations, and continuously expand knowledge of inventory and related sales processes. A multi-phase progression offers training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or bachelors preferred OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective customer interactions by understanding needs and matching them with the right vehicle and financing options.
• Ensure customers either purchase or understand next steps to do so.
• Open/close the store, cash handling, inventory management, audits, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain expert knowledge of dealership inventory, financing options, and sales processes.
• Train new hire Sales and Operations Advisors and support onboarding.
