Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to engage customers, match them with the right vehicle and financing options, and support dealership operations for a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

You will build partnerships with customers, guide them through the DriveTime process, and participate in multi-phase learning for increased responsibilities, with a focus on growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and retail operations experience
• Proven success in driving sales performance
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to guide them through vehicle and financing options
• Manage the full sales cycle from calls to appointments to sales
• Perform store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, audits, documentation
