Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Sales and Operations Advisor to connect customers with the right vehicle and financing options and to support daily dealership operations. You will drive appointments, close sales, and maintain inventories while ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.

You’ll participate in multi‑phase training and learn to balance sales with operations, cash handling, and compliance to support a smooth dealership workflow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with customers looking to purchase a vehicle and guide them through the DriveTime process.
• Manage full sales cycle by making calls to secure appointments and convert visits into sales.
• Handle store opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management, audits, and documentation.
