Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff across leasing, maintenance, finance, and risk management, ensuring compliance and resident satisfaction.

The role requires experience in affordable housing programs and on-site leadership, with a focus on cost control, marketing, and excellent customer service. A CAM/ARM or related qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, etc.).
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• On-site software proficiency and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and marketing plans; monitor rents and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing, safety, and leasing procedures.
• Address resident concerns, promote retention, and deliver excellent customer service.
