Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager, Affordable Housing to oversee a portfolio of housing communities across the region. You will manage operations, staff, leasing, maintenance, finance, and risk while ensuring compliance with fair housing guidelines.

This role requires affordable housing experience including LIHTC, and prior regional management. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent housing industry experience is preferred; CAM/ARM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Affordable housing experience including LIHTC.
• Prior experience as a Regional Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree or four years in housing industry or equivalent.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing portfolio and staff.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, finance, administration and risk.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and certifications.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor finances.
• Travel 25–50% of work time annually.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years experience in the housing industry; or equivalent

Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
