Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a District Manager, Immunology Gastroenterology, South Ohio, including Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati. This role leads district strategy, builds a high-performing team, and drives demand across care settings while aligning with enterprise priorities and compliance standards.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in pharma/healthcare sales, 2+ years in sales management, and strong coaching, collaboration, and data-driven planning skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of sales/commercial experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• 2+ years of direct sales management experience.
• Willingness/ability to travel up to 50% (overnight/weekend travel).
• Must live in the geography or be willing to relocate there.

Responsabilidades

• Translate enterprise direction into district strategy with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through hiring, performance management and development planning.
• Coach to improve selling effectiveness and clinical execution using approved resources.
• Drive demand generation and care transitions across outpatient and inpatient settings.
