The ideal candidate has 8+ years in pharma sales with 2+ years in management, willing to travel up to 50%, and holds a Bachelor's degree; MS/MBA/PhD preferred.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant professional experience in sales and/or cross functional commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry.
• A minimum of two (2) years of direct sales management experience, including leading through change and strong performance management and development planning capability.
• The ability to travel up to 50%, which may include overnight and weekend travel.

• Translate enterprise and regional direction into district strategy with clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and disciplined execution rhythms.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through hiring excellence, performance management, and development planning that strengthens bench and readiness.
• Provide advanced coaching and mentoring that strengthens selling effectiveness, clinical execution using approved resources, and business acumen across the team.
• Drive demand generation and care transition execution across outpatient and inpatient settings, aligning execution to local system dynamics and key stakeholders.
• Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders and strengthen cross-functional partnerships that improve customer experience and execution outcomes.
