Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in the United States.
• 8+ years of relevant sales/commercial experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• 2+ years direct sales management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise and regional direction into district strategy with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through hiring excellence and performance coaching.
• Provide advanced coaching to strengthen selling, clinical execution, and business acumen.
• Drive demand generation and care transitions across outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Build relationships with key customers and strengthen cross-functional partnerships.
• Anticipate market dynamics using data to adjust strategy and remove barriers.
• Influence internal partners and leadership with field insights to strengthen plans.
• Reinforce accountability, inclusion, and team health while managing change.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to scale best practices while protecting privacy and data integrity.
