Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a District Manager, Immunology Gastroenterology, South Ohio, including Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati. This role leads district strategy, coaching, and cross-functional partnerships to drive sales and execution across immunology therapies.

Ideal candidates have extensive pharma sales leadership experience, willingness to travel up to 50%, and the ability to develop teams and influence enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in sales and/or cross-functional commercial roles in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Minimum 2 years of direct sales management experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% and relocate to the geography.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise and regional direction into district strategy with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through hiring excellence and performance management.
• Provide coaching to strengthen selling effectiveness and clinical execution.
• Drive demand generation and care transitions across outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders and strengthen cross-functional partnerships.
• Anticipate market dynamics using internal and external data to adjust strategy.
