Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in sales and/or cross-functional commercial roles in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Minimum 2 years direct sales management experience; strong change leadership and development planning.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise and regional direction into district strategy with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through hiring, performance management, and development planning.
• Provide coaching to improve selling effectiveness and clinical execution using approved resources.
• Drive demand generation and care transitions across outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders and strengthen cross-functional partnerships.
• Anticipate market dynamics using data to adjust strategy and remove barriers.
• Influence Sales, Medical Affairs, and Marketing with field insights.
• Reinforce accountability, inclusion, and team health during change.
• Adhere to Healthcare Compliance and privacy policies while using AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
• Support enterprise programs and ensure district plans align with business priorities.
