Qualifications

Seven (7) years of related experience required, with at least five (5) years in cross-functional commercial roles.
Direct people management/leadership experience is required.
Ability to lead, develop, coach, and engage high performing, diverse teams.
Demonstrated commercial capabilities and success in prior commercial roles.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of District Managers and Sales Specialists across Immunology Gastroenterology accounts.
Develop and execute an aligned business plan delivering compliant, competitive growth.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and external stakeholders to optimize access and relationships.
Coach and develop team members, driving leadership imperatives and performance.
Ensure adherence to the J&J Credo and HCC guidelines.
Set and oversee account goals, metrics, and business performance.
