Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Regional Business Director, Immunology Gastroenterology to lead a district-based team across the Southeast. This field-based role emphasizes building strong cross-functional relationships and delivering strategic plans that drive immunology GI sales growth.

The role requires guiding District Managers and Gastroenterology Sales Specialists, ensuring coaching, engagement, and adherence to the company credo.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of related experience with a minimum of five (5) years of cross-functional experience in key commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Access/Payer, Analytics or Business Development)

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coaching, and retain a diverse team of District Managers and Gastroenterology Sales Specialists across J&J Innovative Medicine Gastroenterology accounts.
• Develop and execute an aligned business plan that delivers compliant, competitive product sales growth and volume objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Strategic Customer Group, Learning Excellence and cross-disciplinary stakeholders to establish effective operating networks and drive positive business interactions.
• Coach others to influence internal and external stakeholders, build mutual alignment, and achieve customer-centric and company-responsible outcomes.
• Set overall account goals and oversee account metrics and business performance.
