Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a dynamic Senior District Manager for Immunology Autoantibody Diseases to lead our Pacific Northwest District, including CO, NV, UT, OR, WA, and surrounding states. You will guide Rare Disease Account Executives, shape district plans, and collaborate across functions to maximize patient impact.

You will mentor a high-performing team, manage budgets, and engage with key influencers to advance immunology therapies while aligning with broader company

Formación

• Minimum of five (5) years of successful experience in pharmaceutical, or biotech sales specifically selling or managing sales teams for FDA-approved products to licensed healthcare professionals.
• Residence within the assigned geography or willingness to relocate.
• Valid Driver’s License in one of the 50 United States.

Responsabilidades

• Team Leadership: Mentor, develop, and inspire a team of RDAEs to achieve sales objectives for Immunology Autoantibody products.
• Strategic Business Planning: Shape and implement business strategies and account level plans.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Brand Marketing, Commercial Excellence and other partners to drive results.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with KOLs and executives to advocate our product offerings.
