Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a dynamic Senior District Manager for Immunology Autoantibody Diseases to lead our Pacific Northwest District across multiple states. You will mentor Rare Disease Account Executives, prioritize opportunities, and drive performance with a patient-focused mindset.

You will supervise a high-performance team, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and engage with key influencers to advocate product offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement.
Minimum of five (5) years of successful experience in pharmaceutical, or biotech sales specifically selling or managing sales teams for FDA-approved products to licensed healthcare professionals.
Valid Driver’s License in one of the 50 United States.
Ability to travel up to 60%.
Residence within the assigned geography or willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Mentor, develop, and inspire a team of RDAEs to achieve sales objectives for Immunology Autoantibody products within the Johnson & Johnson portfolio.
Strategic Business Planning: Shape and implement business strategies including designing local ecosystem strategic plans and account level strategies, while managing operations within assigned budgets and ensuring plans align with overall strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate extensively with internal partners (e.g., Brand Marketing, Strategic Customer Group, Commercial Excellence) and external stakeholders to inform brand strategy and drive business results.
Customer Engagement: Effectively engage with key influencers (KOLs, C-suite executives) to advocate for our product offerings.
