Job summary

Galderma is seeking an Account Manager, Immunology in Dallas, TX to drive sales of the dermatology portfolio. This role requires advancing relationships with physicians and healthcare networks, launching coordinated account plans, and delivering on quarterly objectives.

Candidates should have extensive outside sales experience in dermatology, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously while traveling to customer sites. This position is on-site with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
• Five+ years outside sales experience with variable commission.
• 2+ years in Pharmaceutical/Dermatology sales is required.
• Prior account management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and persuasive skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Galderma’s Rx dermatology portfolio to high-value accounts.
• Execute integrated commercial selling strategies and leverage contracting/access knowledge.
• Develop cross-functional account plans to drive penetration and growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders using analytics to anticipate needs.
• Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Lead customer engagement initiatives and partnerships with accounts.
