Job summary

Galderma is seeking an Account Manager, Immunology in Denver, CO to drive sales of our prescription dermatology portfolio with dermatologists, hospitals, and professional networks. You will develop account plans, promote Rx products, and collaborate across functions to maximize access and patient outcomes.

This role requires 5+ years field sales, 2+ years dermatology/pharma experience, and a proven ability to lead cross‑functional strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years outside sales experience with variable commission potential.
• 2+ years Pharmaceutical Sales in Dermatological/Medical Sales.
• Experience in account management.
• Experience in B2B sales and generalist selling.
• Proven track record of performance and strong communication.
• Ability to learn technical product information and apply it professionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account plans for key customers.
• Promote and generate demand for Rx products, including new launches.
• Execute integrated selling strategies with contracting and access insights.
• Lead cross-functional account plans to grow Galderma’s portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders using analytics and insights.
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders and manage speaker bureau relationships.
• Plan and execute field activities compliant with standards.
