Job summary

Galderma Laboratories, LP in Portland, OR is seeking an Account Manager, Immunology to drive sales of our prescription dermatology biologics and consumer products across dermatologists, pharmacies, and health networks. You will lead strategic account plans and promote our portfolio.

You will work with cross-functional teams, analyze data, build partnerships with key opinion leaders, and deliver growth while navigating contracting and access landscape.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of outside sales experience with variable commission potential.
• 2+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience in Dermatological or Medical Sales.
• Previous account management experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop cross-functional account plans.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain expertise in brand/segment strategy and tactics.
• Promote Rx products and launch new products.
• Execute integrated selling strategies using contracting and access platforms.
• Develop cross-functional account plans to drive penetration and growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and use analytics to anticipate customer needs.
• Engage with KOLs and manage speaker bureau relationships.
• Plan and execute field activities compliant with standards.
