Job summary

Galderma seeks an Account Manager, Immunology in the United States to drive portfolio sales across dermatology-focused channels. You will promote Rx products, engage with dermatologists, pharmacies, and networks, and develop strategic account plans to achieve growth targets.

Applicants should have 5+ years of outside sales, 2+ years in pharmaceutical/dermatology sales, and strong communication and negotiation skills. This role requires travel and ownership of a book of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, required.
• 5+ years outside sales experience with variable commission potential.
• 2+ years Pharmaceutical Sales in Dermatological or Medical Sales required.
• Previous account management experience.
• Proven B2B sales track record and strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Promote Galderma’s Rx dermatology portfolio to high-value customers.
• Develop cross-functional account plans to drive penetration and growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align market access and reimbursement.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
• Plan and execute field-based activities in compliance with standards.
