Job summary

Galderma Laboratories, LP is seeking an Account Manager, Immunology to drive Rx and consumer portfolio sales across key accounts in the United States. You will apply advanced clinical and commercial selling skills to achieve strategic objectives within dermatology-focused segments.

The role requires strong knowledge of contracting, access platforms, and field reimbursement, with a history of high performance in outside pharma sales and account management. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Five or more years of outside sales experience.
• 2+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience in Dermatological or Medical Sales.
• Previous account management experience.
• Business-to-business sales experience.
• Independent sales generalist with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain expertise in brand/segment strategy and tactics.
• Promote Rx products and launch new products.
• Execute integrated selling strategies using contracting and access knowledge.
• Develop cross-functional account plans to drive penetration, retention and growth.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and use analytics to anticipate customer needs.
• Oversee relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the area.
• Plan and execute field-based activities per standards.
