Job summary

TikTok is seeking an Immigration Project Manager-AMS to lead end-to-end visa and work authorization support for the Americas region. You will collaborate with HRBPs, legal counsel, and global teams to ensure compliant, timely visa processes and seamless employee mobility.

Qualifications

Experience with non-immigrant visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, F-1 OPT/STEM) and permanent residency (I-140, EB-1, PERM) processing.
Strong project management skills with ability to break down complex goals and drive delivery.
Excellent written and verbal communication across departments and cultures.

Responsibilities

Define and structure program-level initiatives with milestones and governance.
Plan and execute cross-functional projects with clear scope, timelines, risks, and post-launch reviews.
Translate regulatory changes into actionable operational impact plans and readiness actions.
Manage escalations and drive resolutions for complex cases.
Coordinate day-to-day across HRBPs, employees, external counsel, and global teams to unblock workflows.
Own end-to-end process maps, SOPs, and templates for the AMS region.
Create training and knowledge materials for HRBPs, TAs, and stakeholders.
