The role manages end-to-end immigration matters, partners with employees, HR, Talent Acquisition and external counsel, and drives process improvements to mitigate risks and align with evolving immigration regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing U.S. business immigration matters.
• Knowledge of nonimmigrant visas and permanent residence sponsorship.
• Experience managing high-volume immigration caseloads.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and external counsel.
• Knowledge of Public Access Files, I-9, audits, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of U.S. employment-based immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visas and permanent residence sponsorship.
• Serve as internal subject matter expert on U.S. immigration matters.
• Partner with external immigration counsel to develop case strategy and ensure timely filings.
• Lead immigration case management from initiation to completion.
• Develop and improve immigration processes, workflows, and documentation standards.
• Track visa expirations, deadlines, and milestones; identify risks and take action.
• Maintain oversight of immigration compliance, including Public Access Files and audits.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition and Legal on immigration processes.
• Manage budgeting for immigration activities, including forecasting and vendor management.
• Support M&A, reorganizations, and other initiatives requiring immigration expertise.
• Educate stakeholders through training and communications on immigration policies.
