Amplitude is seeking a senior immigration and mobility program owner to design, implement, and govern our global immigration, compliance, and relocation efforts. You will manage the end-to-end case load with Envoy, shape policy, forecast costs, and translate legal guidance into actionable business decisions for hiring managers and recruiters.

This role spans AMER, APAC, and EMEA, requiring cross-functional partnership with Recruiting and People Operations.

Qualificações

• Senior or principal-level experience running immigration and global mobility programs.
• Global experience across multiple regions (AMER, APAC, EMEA) and cross-border rules.
• Direct partnership with immigration services vendor or platform of record.
• Ability to translate vendor legal guidance into business recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Immigration & vendor management: manage end-to-end caseload with Envoy and translate legal advice into business decisions.
• Mobility & relocation: design, stand up and optimize relocation program and packages.
• Compliance: oversee I-9 reverification, LCA postings, PERM steps, and reporting.
• Program health: build dashboards to track volume, spend and outcomes for leadership.
• Cross-functional partnership: collaborate with Recruiting and People Operations to enable hiring and relocation strategies.
