Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a senior immigration and mobility program lead to own end-to-end immigration, compliance, and relocation initiatives across AMER, APAC, and EMEA. You will partner with Envoy, design budgets, and build scalable policies to support global hiring at scale.

You will drive vendor relationships, ensure compliance, and craft relocation packages that align with business needs while advising recruiters and leaders on cost and timing.

Qualifications

• Senior or principal-level experience running immigration and global mobility programs.
• Global experience managing cases across AMER, APAC, and EMEA.
• Direct partnership with an immigration services vendor or platform of record.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end immigration caseload in partnership with Envoy and translate legal guidance into business decisions for hiring managers and recruiters.
• Forecast immigration budget, approvals, invoicing, and cost tracking across the vendor relationship.
• Build and maintain immigration policy as the reference for sponsorship, timelines and exceptions.
• Design and stand up relocation program: vendor selection, policy design, and package tiers by move type and level.
• Advise recruiters and business units on relocation costs to inform offers and hiring decisions.
• Partner with Recruiting to flag visa and relocation needs at offer stage to mitigate start-date risks.
• Ensure program health with metrics on volume, spend, and compliance across regions.
