BI Incorporated seeks an ISAP Case Manager to provide intensive supervision and case management for participants in the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program. You will conduct intake, develop service plans, and coordinate resources to support participants' compliance and well-being.

Responsibilities include maintaining confidential records, arranging translations, and performing home visits with occasional local travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service or case management experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver's license and US citizenship required.
• Must live in the US for 3 of the last 5 years.
• Ability to communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provides case management for ISAP participants from entry to release.
• Develops and maintains case records and service plans.
• Performs intake interviews and orientation with participants.
• Installs electronic monitoring equipment and monitors compliance.
• Coordinates translation services and connects participants with community resources.
• Schedules counseling, court appearances, and legal services.
• Conducts home visits and maintains progress reports.
