BI Incorporated is seeking a Case Manager to administer Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) for DHS/ICE contract participants. You will develop service plans, coordinate resources, and monitor compliance while maintaining confidential records and building partnerships with community organizations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service or case management experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to perform home visits.
• US citizenship required.
• Must have lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years (military/study abroad included).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and composure under stress.
• Attention to detail and problem solving ability.
• Ability to interact with diverse contacts respectfully.
• Basic computer skills and standard office software usage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update case management and service plans for ISAP participants.
• Maintain complete case records and manage confidentiality.
• Conduct intake interviews and orientation sessions within contractual timeframes.
• Install and monitor electronic monitoring equipment as needed.
• Coordinate with participants to obtain travel documents and resources.
• Assess English proficiency to tailor resources and support.
• Coordinate translation services for ISAP participants.
• Connect participants with community resources (housing, medical, financial, legal, etc.).
• Schedule counseling, court appearances, and access to legal services.
• Prepare progress reports and conduct risk/needs assessments.
