Job summary

BI Incorporated seeks a dedicated ISAP Case Manager to oversee Intensive Supervision Appearance Program participants from entry to release. You will manage case plans, ensure confidentiality, and coordinate resources with DHS contracts.

Responsibilities include intake interviews, monitoring equipment installation, travel document support, translation coordination, and regular progress reporting. The role requires bilingual Spanish, US citizenship, and the ability to travel locally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least two years of customer service or case management experience.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform home visits.
• US citizenship required.
• Must have lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years (military and study abroad included).
• Good verbal and written communication; ability to interpret rules and instructions.
• Attention to detail and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develops, updates and coordinates case management plans for ISAP participants.
• Maintains accurate case records and ensures confidentiality.
• Conducts intake interviews and participant orientations.
• Installs monitoring equipment and ensures compliance with monitoring program.
• Assists participants with obtaining travel documents and resources.
• Evaluates English proficiency to determine needed resources.
• Coordinates translation services.
• Connects participants with community resources; schedules and monitors services.
• Supervises participants in offices and during home visits.
• Maintains regular progress reports and risk/needs assessments.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor's degree preferred

Case management experience
