Job summary

BI Incorporated seeks an ISAP Case Manager to provide intensive supervision and case management for participants. You will conduct intake, develop service plans, and coordinate resources to support successful outcomes under the DHS contract.

The role requires bilingual Spanish proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to perform home visits and translate services as needed. Local travel and office work are typical.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least two (2) years of customer service or case management experience.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle for home visits.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains case plans for ISAP participants per regulations.
• Conducts intake and orientation within contractual timeframes.
• Installs and monitors electronic monitoring equipment.
• Assists participants with travel documents and ensures access to resources.
• Evaluates English proficiency to tailor communication needs.
• Coordinates translation services and community resource referrals.
• Reviews plans, conducts risk/needs assessments, and writes progress reports.
• Performs home visits to verify residence and program compliance.
