Job summary

BI Incorporated is seeking a part-time Case Manager to provide Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) case management. The role includes home visits, maintaining confidential case records, and ensuring compliance with DHS/ICE contracts.

Local travel is required and strong communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred) and at least two years of customer service or case management experience, with bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; a related Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least two years of customer service or case management experience are required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains accurate and complete case records for ISAP participants.
• Conducts home visits to verify participants' places of residence and compliance with obligations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
