Job summary

BI Incorporated, delivering Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) services, seeks a dedicated case manager to oversee participant plans and coordinate support resources. The role focuses on intake, monitoring, documentation, and translation coordination to ensure DHS/ICE program compliance.

You will work in a typical office environment with local travel, conducting home visits and counseling sessions while maintaining confidentiality and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service or case management experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Valid driver's license required and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle for home visits.
• US citizenship required.
• Ability to receive client's approval to work on contract required.
• Must live in the US 3 of the last 5 years (military and study abroad included).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interpret and articulate rules, orders, instructions and materials.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and even temperament. Ability to maintain self-control in stressful situations.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem solving ability.
• Ability to deal with multicultural contacts with sensitivity.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, coordinates, reviews and updates case management and individual service plans for ISAP participants in conformance with regulations.
• Maintains accurate case records from entry to release and ensures confidentiality.
• Conducts intake interview and orientation sessions with participants.
• Installs electronic monitoring equipment and monitors compliance.
• Assists participants with travel documents and logistics.
• Evaluates English proficiency to determine communication resources.
• Coordinates translation services for participants.
• Connects participants with community resources (transportation, medical, housing, education, legal and more).
• Supervises ISAP participants in offices and community settings.
• Sets schedules for counseling, court appearances and access to legal services.
• Coordinates with participants for attendance at orientations and evaluations.
• Reviews service plans, conducts risk/needs assessments and writes progress reports.
• Reports program violations timely and accurately.
• Performs home visits to verify residence.
• Provides emergency counseling as needed.
• Maintains translation resources relationships.
