Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of call center, operator, dispatching or related office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to critical imaging results calls and route to ordering providers.
• Serve as first line contact for radiologists, providers and nursing staff on urgent findings.
• Review reports and notify patients and referring physicians as required via secure messaging.
• Maintain a critical results tracker to ensure timely communication.
• Verify MRI safety for outpatients with implants using proper protocols.
