Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer and locate calls for critical imaging results.
• Serve as first line contact for urgent findings.
• Review reports and notify patients and referring physicians via Epic/secure chat.
• Maintain critical results tracker for timely communication.
• Verify MRI safety for implantable devices.
• Notify providers when devices fail interrogation.
• Coordinate with Patient Connection Center for post-device scheduling.
• Request external imaging for exam correlation.
• Perform basic office procedures to support imaging call center operations.
