Piedmont Healthcare is hiring for an Imaging Call Center role based on-site at Atlantic Station in Atlanta. The schedule is 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday–Friday, supporting timely communication of imaging results and coordination of patient care with radiologists, providers, and patients.

You will handle urgent communications, confirm MRI safety for devices, and ensure proper notification via Epic secure chat, e-fax, and in-basket messaging.

Qualificações

• 1 year of call center, operator, dispatching, or related office experience required.
• H.S. Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Answer, locates, and direct calls to ordering providers for imaging studies with critical results.
• Serve as first line contact for radiologists, providers, and nursing staff for urgent findings.
• Review reports and notify patients and referring physicians via Epic chat, e-fax, and in-basket.
• Maintain the critical results tracker to ensure timely communication.
• Verify MRI safety for outpatients with implantable devices and notify providers when needed.
• Notify ordering providers when devices fail interrogation to facilitate alternative care planning.
• Work with the Patient Connection Center to schedule post-device interrogation.
• Request and manage outside imaging for exam correlation using Powershare.
• Perform basic office procedures to support the Imaging Call Center operations.
