Qualifications

• Previous admitting or clerical experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Must possess typing and computer skills for online learning and benefits enrollment.

Responsabilités

• Accurate and timely scheduling of outpatient imaging and cardiopulmonary procedures, considering prep instructions and provider requests.
• Answer incoming calls, take messages, prioritize and redirect as needed.
• Obtain complete orders prior to scheduling and ensure demographics, insurance and diagnosis codes support medical necessity.
• Create complete Pre-Registration accounts for all scheduled appointments.
