Henry Schein Medical seeks a senior executive to identify, cultivate, and convert IDN relationships into multi-year non-acute distribution partnerships. The role operates at the C-suite level, designing strategic partnership frameworks and serving as the bridge between Henry Schein Medical's leadership and IDN executives.

Responsibilities include negotiating multi-year agreements, leading boardroom presentations, and developing a national IDN partnership strategy with a focus on value creation

Qualifikationen

• Experience engaging C-suite executives in health systems
• Proven success closing multi-year distribution agreements
• Ability to forecast pipeline and strategic plans
• Deep knowledge of IDN procurement and GPO dynamics
• Strong financial acumen and ROI storytelling

Aufgaben

• Leverage IDN relationships at VP/SVP/C-suite level to set up strategic partnership meetings
• Architect, negotiate, and close multi-year distribution agreements with IDNs and health systems
• Lead executive-level presentations, RFP responses, and partnership design sessions
• Develop national IDN partnership strategy with senior leadership
• Lead GPO ecosystem engagement to align formulary and accelerate conversions
• Build CFO- and VP Supply Chain-ready TCO models showing value
• Coordinate with field infrastructure to implement partnership plans
• Deliver data-driven supply chain insights using Power BI
• Maintain a rigorous IDN opportunity pipeline with forecasting
• Identify new IDN targets and priority markets
