Job summary

SailPoint is seeking an Account Executive to sell our Identity Security Solution. You will lead discovery, present SailPoint value against Microsoft/Okta/Saviynt, and coordinate a virtual team to win deals. The role focuses on teamwork, territory planning, and delivering strong customer experiences.

Ideal candidates communicate well in early engagements, drive opportunity qualification, and manage the full sales cycle with leadership from management and channel partners. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Skilled communicator in discovery calls to qualify opportunities.
• Proficient in presenting SailPoint value versus competitors.
• Leads virtual team including presales, partner manager and deal desk.
• Sells as a team and acts as quarterback for sales campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Exceed revenue quota goals quarterly and yearly.
• Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages.
• Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle from qualification to close.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce forecasting and hygiene.
