Job summary

SailPoint is seeking an Account Executive to sell our Identity Security Solution. The role demands a strong communicator in discovery calls, and the ability to articulate SailPoint’s value against competitors like Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.

You will lead a virtual team of partners and cross-functional resources to win deals, manage a full sales cycle, and drive revenue growth across a defined territory.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise software sales.
• Experience leading virtual teams and partner resources.
• Knowledge of identity security market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exceed revenue quota on a quarterly and yearly basis.
• Address customer’s and partner’s inquiries with tailored solutions.
• Develop business plans aligned to your territory.
• Engage with customers and partners to maintain high level of customer service.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute plans with partners and end users.
• Pursue all leads and ensure internal systems are updated.
• Lead the appropriate technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages.
• Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle from qualifying to closing.
• Foster understanding of territory including customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitors.
