Job summary

Cyera is seeking a Solution Architect to bridge technical depth and business outcomes in a primarily pre-sales role. You will lead discovery sessions, design end-to-end identity solutions, and craft architectures that map complex environments to clear business results.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, executives, and founders to develop repeatable approaches, demos, and assets that raise our GTM bar. Travel to customers and events is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solution Architect, Sales/Solutions Engineer, Delivery/Implementation Architect, or Technical Account Manager.
• Proven ability to design architectures and build POCs for complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and end-to-end solution design across cloud, identity, and security domains.
• Deliver crisp, technically rigorous demos and workshops for technical and executive stakeholders.
• Shape pre-sales strategy with Sales leadership and guide evaluation criteria and prototypes/POCs.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product insights and influence roadmaps.
• Create reference architectures, playbooks, and enablement materials for partners and GTM teams.
