Job summary

SailPoint is seeking an Account Executive in the United States to drive growth in Identity Security solutions. You will engage prospects, qualify opportunities, and present SailPoint’s value against competitors while coordinating a virtual team of partners, presales, and services to win deals.

You will own the end-to-end sales process, build territory plans, collaborate with marketing and channel teams, and maintain accurate Salesforce records to ensure ongoing coverage and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• Skilled in qualifying opportunities through prospect discovery calls.
• Able to present SailPoint value against competitors and partner services.
• Experience leading virtual cross-functional resources to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis.
• Lead a virtual team of partners, presales, and services to win deals.
• Own all aspects of the sales cycle from qualification to close.
• Develop territory plans and align with marketing and channel teams.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene and accurate forecasting.
• Navigate discussions with business and technical decision makers.
